The Organisation & Management :

Today’s consumers always aim for a product that is not too expensive, but has all the high quality components. Because of the different quality control organizations, consumers will now find it easier to find door fitting accessories that are of high quality. These organizations aim to provide a certification program for all materials in production by performing inspection and testing protocols on all the door fitting accessories.

Raw Material Used :

For all products such as Aluminium, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Brass, raw material will be used accroding to IS code and testing will be done in different labs for chemical & mechanical test. Also, we are procuring raw material directly from the manufacuter for Aluminium and Brass for Mild Steel and Stainless Steel. We are procuring from dealers and distributors for Stainless Steel. We are using 202, 304 and 316 grade as per specific requirement.

Pre Product Inspection :

The inspection process covers the different inspection protocols to be done to ensure quality control certification. Regardless of the type of our products, the inspection protocols for all the items are as follows :

• Assembly Inspection
• Visual Inspection
• Coating Inspection
• Final Inspection
